Agreement

By using VIBErip (the "Service"), including the Chrome extension, website, and API, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use VIBErip.

What VIBErip is

VIBErip is a Chrome extension that captures visual properties of web elements and generates AI prompts describing their design. You use these prompts in your own AI tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, Lovable, etc.) to recreate UI elements.

Account and access

• You can use VIBErip without an account (3 free captures by IP).
• Signing in with Google gives you 10 free captures per month.
• Pro and Lifetime plans unlock unlimited captures and additional features.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your credentials.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, reselling access, etc.).

Acceptable use

You may use VIBErip to capture and describe the visual design of publicly accessible web pages. You may NOT:

• Use VIBErip to access, capture, or process private, gated, or authenticated content you don't have permission to view
• Use the service to generate NSFW, sexually explicit, or illegal content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the VIBErip extension or API
• Use automated tools to make bulk API requests or circumvent usage limits
• Resell or sublicense access to VIBErip

Intellectual property

The prompts VIBErip generates are yours. We don't claim ownership over the output. The VIBErip extension, website, branding, and system prompts are our intellectual property.

VIBErip describes the visual design of elements you capture. It does not copy, download, or redistribute any source code, assets, or intellectual property from the websites you capture from. You are responsible for how you use the generated prompts.

Payments and billing

All payments are processed by Creem.io, which acts as the merchant of record for all VIBErip transactions. This means Creem handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and payment compliance on our behalf.

By completing a purchase, you agree to Creem's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

Plans and pricing

• Free: 10 captures per month (3 without sign-in). All output formats included.
• Pro ($9/month): Unlimited captures, Section Rip, Full Page Vibe, Vibe Library. Cancel anytime.
• Lifetime ($49 one-time): Everything in Pro, forever. Includes all future features. Limited availability.

Cancellation and refunds

Pro subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. Your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Lifetime purchases: Non-refundable after 14 days of purchase. Within 14 days, contact us for a full refund if the product doesn't meet your expectations.

Refund requests should be sent to hey@viberip.app. Creem.io may also process refunds in cases required by law, suspected fraud, or payment provider mandates.

AI and accuracy

VIBErip uses AI models to generate prompts. AI output may not be perfectly accurate. We don't guarantee that the generated prompts will produce exact visual replicas. The prompts are a starting point — you may need to iterate.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. The service depends on third-party providers (OpenRouter for AI, Cloudflare for hosting, Google for auth). Downtime may occur.

Limitation of liability

VIBErip is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or the extension.
